Exchange & Return

Goods, including cloth bags, may be returned within Fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase.

Customers must retain the original bill/invoice and original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Returns can be made only at the store from which the goods were purchased. Return timings are 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (all days).

Non-Returnable Items

 

  1. The following items are not eligible for return:
  2. Food items if the package has been opened, or the item is temperature-controlled (i.e., requires storage between 4°C and −18°C).
  3. Hygiene-sensitive items, including but not limited to Undergarments, Shaving aids, Cosmetics, Perfumes, Hair Accessories, Gift Wrappings etc. (A detailed list is available at the customer service )
  4. All fresh items including Fruits and Vegetable, Dairy Items, Chilled, Frozen and Cigarettes are Non-Returnable.
  5. Items billed under Promotion scheme of “Less Shelf Life” are Non-Returnable
  6. Altered, Damaged & Used Products

 

Additional Terms

1% of the purchase value will be deducted for returns if payment was made via credit or debit card.

Products covered under a manufacturer’s guarantee or warranty will not be exchanged or returned. After-sales service for such items will be provided by the manufacturer’s authorized service centers.

  • Credit Notes will be issued for all Cash Refund will not be issued.
  • Credit notes can be redeemed in full within 30 days from the date of issuance only at issuing
  • Bills in which Credit Notes are being redeemed, the credit note amount will not be considered as eligible to spend for any Free Gift/Discount Voucher
  • Customers are encouraged to use their own carry bags. However, if a customer needs a carry bag from the store, the same is provided on a chargeable
  • Customer purchasing a carry bag from the store confirms that they do so out of their own free will and will not raise any grievance

 

The management’s decision regarding the above terms shall be final and binding.
